The Weighing and Sorting Department represents our commitment to accuracy and reliability. Here, cutting-edge computer software is employed to automatically determine the weight and quality of each product as it passes through the Weighing and Sorting Line panel. Every poultry product arriving on the line with a designated shackle undergoes meticulous weighing and sorting procedures.

The Weighing and Sorting Line is the most electronically advanced section of the poultry processing system. It utilizes sophisticated computer software and a dedicated panel to manage weight and quality assessments. Each product arriving on the line is handled by a special shackle designed for precision.

• Loadcell Technology:
  Each product is weighed using high-precision loadcells. The weight data is transmitted to the computer system, where it is processed almost instantaneously thanks to a powerful PLC.
   
• Automated Sorting:
  Based on the weight readings, the system automatically sorts the products. The poultry is directed to the appropriate tank using pneumatic dropping stations, ensuring efficient handling and accurate placement.
   
• High-Speed Performance:
  The Weighing and Sorting Line excels in high-throughput environments, maintaining accuracy even at high conveyor speeds.
